Creatiq Communications ("Creatiq," "we") operates the Visibility Simulator at visibility-simulator.creatiq.com. This policy explains what we access, what we store, and what we never do.

What we access (with your consent)

When you choose to connect Google, we request read-only access to Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console via OAuth scopes analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly. We use that access solely to compute a personalized visibility diagnostic during your session.

What we store

• An encrypted, short-lived session cookie holding the OAuth access token (no refresh token; discarded after analysis or within ~55 minutes).
• If you submit an email for a report: contact details plus derived summary metrics only (e.g. GEO score, lead-gap estimates, selected query titles/positions). Stored in our lead system with source ageo-visibility-sim and a consent timestamp.

What we never do

• Write to, change, or delete anything in your Google account
• Persist raw GA4 or Search Console row dumps
• Sell your data
• Request offline / refresh tokens for ongoing access

Clean-hands integrity

Modeled figures (e.g. amplified lead ceiling) use cited industry CTR curves and your session inputs. Assumptions are disclosed in the product methodology. We do not invent analytics you do not have.
